Tender pork ribs are cooked in a savoury, aromatic broth, then stacked into a dramatic “volcano” shape and finished with a bold, spicy dressing poured from the top for maximum flavour in every bite.
Start by rubbing corn starch, salt on the ribs, let soak in water for 20 minutes. This step is to clean and remove blood in the ribs
Then, in a clean pot, immerse the ribs with cold water and add all ingredients from “pork ribs soup”. Once boil, close the lid and let cook in medium heat for at least 1 hour
Meanwhile, put all dressing ingredients to a blender
Also add a few scoops of the ribs soup
Assemble the ribs into a volcano form
And pour the dressing from top down. Serve and enjoy!
