soy sauce

oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
rice wine
1 tablespoon
corn starch

Steps
Start by cutting the pork into thin slices
Then marinate with listed ingredients. Mix well until the meat starts to become sticky . Set aside
Prepare the sauce ingredients and blend into small pieces. Add in the liquid condiments after blended
Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes
Wash under cold water and place some ice over it so that it retains a better texture
In another pot of boiling water, cook the meat for about 1.5-2 minutes or until cooked
Likewise, wash under cold water, drain and set aside with ice until the meat has cooled down completely
Remove the ice and mix with sliced lime
Start plating by putting the enoki mushrooms at the bottom
Followed by the meat with lime
And lastly, pour over the sauce and done!
