Thai Style Lemon Meat Slice Salad(泰式檸檬肉片)

A bright, zesty Thai-style salad featuring tender lean pork slices with crisp cucumber and silky enoki mushrooms, finished with lime and a punchy savoury dressing. Aromatics like coriander roots, shallot, garlic, and chilli bring fragrance and heat, while fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce add that irresistible salty depth.

- Start by cutting the pork into thin slices

- Then marinate with listed ingredients. Mix well until the meat starts to become sticky . Set aside

- Prepare the sauce ingredients and blend into small pieces. Add in the liquid condiments after blended

- Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes

- Wash under cold water and place some ice over it so that it retains a better texture

- In another pot of boiling water, cook the meat for about 1.5-2 minutes or until cooked

- Likewise, wash under cold water, drain and set aside with ice until the meat has cooled down completely

- Remove the ice and mix with sliced lime

- Start plating by putting the enoki mushrooms at the bottom

- Followed by the meat with lime

- And lastly, pour over the sauce and done!
