The fragrant braised pork with mushrooms and shallots

Shallots, fried mushrooms and braised pork are a "taste bomb"! The shallots are fried to create a unique aroma, the mushrooms are soaked in gravy and tender, and the braised pork is soft and tasty. The combination of the three creates a rich aroma that whets your appetite. It has a wide range of uses. It can be used as a soul topping for noodles or rice, instantly transforming the staple food; it can be sandwiched in steamed buns or sesame cakes, and it is full of salty fragrance; it can be paired with rice noodles or rice noodles to upgrade the flavor. It is a versatile and delicious artifact.
Ingredients
Steps
- Soak the mushrooms the night before.

- Dice the mushrooms and set aside. I am smart and use a blender 😀.

- Slice the shallots thinly. At this moment, my eyes were filled with tears. I thought I was touched by my own extraordinary talent as a chef, until I realized that it was the shallots that were spicy! This was not a recipe, but a challenge to the control of human tear glands! However, when the red fragrant oil puffs came out of the oven, they were so fragrant that I made peace with the shallots. This wave was "spicy but worth it", and I announced with tears: This recipe must make everyone cry with greed!

- Prepare soy sauce, cooking wine, diced mushrooms, minced garlic, and fried scallion oil.

- Add oil to the pan and fry shallots over medium-low heat until crispy. Remove the shallots and cut into pieces for later use. Leave some shallot oil in the pan for frying the minced meat. It is delicious! Add the shallots to the noodles when cooking.

- Add scallion oil to a pan, add minced meat and fry until golden brown.

- Add 20g of rock sugar to make sugar color, then stir-fry with the minced meat.

- Pour 20 grams of cooking wine from the side of the pot and continue frying.

- Add diced mushrooms and white pepper and stir-fry.

- Add 40 grams of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce and 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.

- Stir-fry with scallion, oil and soy sauce.

- Season with salt to taste.

- Boil a few eggs and peel them for later use.

- Add boiling water to the seasoned meat sauce until it can "drowned the enemy" (meat sauce)! When the pot starts to "whistle in protest" (that is, exhaust, the timid ones use the pot to cook 😀), count 5 minutes on the watch, and immediately "extinguish its arrogance" and turn off the fire! Let the pressure cooker slowly calm down, wait for it to completely release the gas and surrender, then throw the cooked eggs in, turn on low heat and cook them for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, let this pot of delicious food simmer without fire for 1 hour before eating, it is guaranteed to be so fragrant that you can't help but give it a crazy call! Close the doors and windows when cooking, it is too fragrant, one pot is not enough 😀.
If the pot is slow-cooked, it takes 40-60 minutes.

- Add peanut butter to make the dish more flavorful.
