- Start by washing the bullfrogs thoroughly and remove the feet

- Then, marinate with needed ingredients for 10 minutes

- After that, remove ginger and green onions from the bullfrogs and marinate it the second time with needed seasonings. Set aside for later

- Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables as shown

- In a heated pan, stir fry the bullfrogs until 80% cooked. Reserve on a plate afterwards

- Then, in the same pan, add in pickled chillies, leeks, garlic and ginger. Stir fry until aromatic

- Add in the bullfrogs and keep stir frying

- Followed by red and green chillies. Also add in salt and oyster sauce here

- And lastly green onions, stir fry until everything is well incorporated

- Lastly, serve and enjoy!
