Vietnamese Lemongrass Grilled Pork Ribs

Vietnamese Lemongrass Grilled Pork Ribs features pork ribs coated in a lemongrass-forward marinade with garlic, lime zest and juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and coconut milk. - To start with, lemongrass aroma can be enhanced by flattening as shown

- Marinate the pork ribs with all ingredients from “pork ribs marinate”. Let marinate overnight or at least 5 hours

- Preheat the oven to 180°C

- Line pork ribs on baking tray and remove any lemongrass stuck on it

- Cover the ribs with a sheet of parchment paper to lock the moist in the ribs and send in oven for 30 minutes

- After 30 minutes, remove the parchment paper and bake for another 10-15 minutes

- For the sauce, mix well all the condiments and add 5 tablespoons of cold water. Serve and enjoy!
