Marinate the ribs with the marinade for fifteen minutes, adding the oil after all the marinade is mixed.
Place the ribs on a plate, top them with the fermented black beans and sprinkle with a little salt.
Place a steaming rack on the wok, add water and bring to boil, then put in the spareribs and steam for 15 minutes. I use a steamer here and steam it for eighteen to twenty minutes.
After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onions and remove from heat for one minute. Finish.
