Chicken with Korean spices

Ingredients
- 400 gr Chicken

- 1 tablespoon (corn syrup)

- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

- 2 tablespoon salty soy sauce

- 11 /2 tablespoons

- 2 tablespoon (mirin)

- 10 sliced dried chilies

- 1 /2 teaspoons tapioca flour

- 3 garlic clove (chopped)

- 1 /2 teaspoon salt

- 1 /2 teaspoons pepper powder

- 1 tablespoon Sugar

- 3 spring onion stalks (sliced into small pieces)

- 3 tablespoon oil for frying

Steps
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, then dry it

- Put it in a container then season with salt and pepper powder

- then marinate, and let stand for 10 minutes

- prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it's hot

- then add the chicken and fry over low heat

- fry the chicken until golden brown

- then add the seasoning sauce, (garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dried chilies, mirin, corn syrup, sugar, tapioca flour,)

- then stir for about 1 minute until the sauce is evenly distributed

- then add sesame oil

- add spring onions, then stir well

- Put on a plate and ready to serve
