Garlic and black bean pork with rice

If you like black bean and garlic, this rice will not disappoint you. The flavorful garlic and fermented black beans, paired with the perfectly fat and lean pork, will make you finish three bowls of this dish before you know it.
Ingredients
Steps
- Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

- Marinate pork for 15 minutes.
- After soaking the rice, drain off the water. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

- Add water to cover the rice by about half a centimeter, and start cooking in the rice cooker. Since the rice has been soaked, less water is needed to cook it than usual.

- Heat oil in a wok and fry the pork until it changes color. Serve aside.

- Add a little oil and sauté the garlic and black beans.

- When the aroma of fermented black beans and minced garlic is released, put the pork back into the wok.

- Add seasonings: oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and water. Stir fry evenly.

- Turn off the heat! The pork is still not fully cooked at this point, but it will be later.

- After the rice is cooked, pour the pre-cooked pork and broth into the rice cooker and place on top of the rice.

- Press the rice cooker's flip function, or press the cooking function and cook for about 8-10 minutes.

- Finish!
