steamed tofu with minced meat

Ingredients
- 300 gr Chicken thigh (boneless)

- 2 white tofu box fruit

- 2 clove of garlic (chopped)

- 1 /4 red chili peppers (cut into small squares)

- 1 ginger finger joint (chopped)

- 2 spring onion stalk (2 stalks of coriander leaves)

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon salty soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- 1 /2 teaspoons pepper powder

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Steps
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, then dry it and cut it into thin slices.

- then chop the chicken using a knife

- mince the chicken until smooth

- then put it in a container and season it (1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp soy sauce)

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- Then prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it is hot, add the chopped garlic and ginger.

- then add the chopped chicken meat

- Then stir until cooked and everything is mixed well. Add 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce.

- Then add the sliced red chilies and chopped paprika and stir.

- then add the sliced spring onions and stir, then remove and set aside.

- Then wash the tofu clean and dry it with tissue and cut it into 10 pieces.

- then put the tofu pieces on a plate and arrange them at an angle.

- then pour the cooked chicken over the tofu

- Pour the chicken until it is done and ready to be steamed.

- prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils

- then add the minced meat and tofu to steam

- then cover and steam for 10 minutes

- after 10 minutes open the lid

- then add sliced spring onions and coriander leaves on top

- then lift and ready to serve
