Steamed tofu with minced meat

Wash the chicken thoroughly, then dry it and cut it into thin slices.
then chop the chicken using a knife
mince the chicken until smooth
then put it in a container and season it (1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp soy sauce)
then stir until the spices are evenly mixed
Then prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it is hot, add the chopped garlic and ginger.
then add the chopped chicken meat
Then stir until cooked and everything is mixed well. Add 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce.
Then add the sliced red chilies and chopped paprika and stir.
then add the sliced spring onions and stir, then remove and set aside.
Then wash the tofu clean and dry it with tissue and cut it into 10 pieces.
then put the tofu pieces on a plate and arrange them at an angle.
then pour the cooked chicken over the tofu
Pour the chicken until it is done and ready to be steamed.

then add the minced meat and tofu to steam
then cover and steam for 10 minutes
after 10 minutes open the lid
then add sliced spring onions and coriander leaves on top
then lift and ready to serve
