white tofu box

preserved eggs (peel the skin then cut into 8 pieces)

/2 green chilies (thinly sliced into rounds)

/4 red chilies (thinly sliced)

spring onion stalks and 2 stalks of coriander leaves (cut into small pieces)
1 teaspoon
dry chili powder

clove of garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoon
salty soy sauce
Steps
open the tofu wrapper, then put it on a plate
then cut into 6 pieces
then cut the middle part
then arrange the black eggs (place them on the edge of the tofu)
ingredients for the seasoning (green chilies, red chilies, garlic, and sliced spring onions and coriander leaves)
then put it in a container and add the seasoning (dry chili powder, soy sauce)
then stir and add sliced spring onions and coriander leaves
then stir until the spices are evenly mixed
then put the spices on top of the black eggs and tofu
then prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils
then put in the steamed tofu
then cover and steam for 2 minutes
then open the lid and it's cooked
then add sliced coriander leaves on top, and it's ready to be served.
