Steps
- Open the plastic wrap for the vermicelli and put it in a container.

- then pour hot water, then soak for 5 minutes

- then arrange the squid pieces on top of the vermicelli

- Prepare sliced garlic and chopped chilies

- Then prepare a frying pan, pour in the oil, wait until it's hot, then add the chopped garlic and chilies.

- Fry until slightly yellowish, and add (1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt), and stir then remove from heat.

- then add the fried spices to the squid on top

- then prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils

- then add the squid and vermicelli,

- then cover and steam for 9 minutes

- after 9 minutes open the lid

- then add sliced spring onions on top

- then lift and ready to serve
