Cabbage and Minced Pork Casserole

The soup made from cabbage and minced meat is sweet and fresh, the cabbage is soft, and the minced meat is tender and juicy. It is a home-cooked dish that goes well with rice.

- Wash the cabbage

- Chopped shallot

- Chop garlic

- Red pepper granules

- Scallions, chopped

- Chop the pork

- Add salt, soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, cornstarch to a bowl.

- Mix well and add more oil to continue mixing well

- Heat the pan, add red pepper, add a little salt and fry until 50% cooked.

- Plate and set aside

- Heat the pan, add oil and red garlic, and fry until fragrant

- Then stir-fry the lean meat until it is 70% done.

- Add oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, stir fry evenly, then pour in the fried red pepper and mix well.

- Remove from heat and set aside

- Put some boiling water in a casserole, put the cabbage in and cook until the cabbage is soft

- Add the minced meat that has been sautéed until 70% cooked and spread on top of the cabbage

- Add the beaten starch

- Cover and cook for 2 minutes

- Finally sprinkle with chopped green onions
