stir-fried long beans with abalone

Ingredients
- 9 fresh abalone fruit

- 1 tie long beans

- 1 /2 red chili peppers (thinly sliced lengthwise)

- 1 /2 green chili peppers (thinly sliced lengthwise)

- 3 Red onion seeds (thinly sliced)

- 2 clove of garlic (chopped)

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 tablespoon oil

- 1 teaspoon salty soy sauce

- 1 ginger finger joint (crushed)

- 1 teaspoon Sugar

Steps
- remove the abalone shell and dirt.

- then wash thoroughly with a brush

- then cut thinly 1/2 cm thick (according to taste)

- then put it in a container, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, then marinate

- Wash the long beans, then cut them into pieces of about 3 cm.

- then prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it is hot

- add the spices (shallots, garlic and ginger)

- then put in the long beans

- And stir

- then add 100 ml of water

- then cover, cook for 3 minutes

- then add (1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar)

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- Lift and set aside

- Prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it is hot, add (shallots, garlic and ginger)

- then put in the abalone

- then stir fry for 3 minutes

- then put in the red chilies and green chilies

- then stir

- then put in the stir-fried long beans

- then add salt and sugar, and stir

- then put it on a plate and it's ready to be served
