Ingredients
- 11 cut chicken wings

- 2 carrot stalks (peel, wash, then cut into long squares)

- 100 ml water

Steps
- wash the chicken wings thoroughly

- then dry it with tissue

- then the chicken wing bones come out

- until finished

- then season (salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder)

- then marinate and let stand for 30 minutes so that the spices are absorbed

- prepare all the ingredients (carrots, cabbage and enoki mushrooms)

- then boil (carrots and green beans for 1 minute)

- until the sauce thickens

- then pour the sauce seasoning onto the fried chicken
