This nutritious and low-fat salad is very suitable for me who wants to lose weight 😅. It contains protein, vegetables and carbohydrates. Eating this for lunch will fill you up without making you feel greasy, and will keep you energetic for the whole afternoon!
Chop potatoes into large pieces and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of salt and half a tablespoon of oil to the boiling water, then add the beans and cook for 5 minutes.
After the beans are cooked, remove them and drain.
After the potatoes are cooked, use a spoon to crush them into mashed potatoes. Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of black pepper and mix well. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion and stir-fry.
After the onion releases its fragrance, add the tuna and stir-fry, loosening the tuna with chopsticks.
When tuna and onion are stir-fried, add egg mixture.
When the eggs are cooked, add half a teaspoon of salt.
Add half tablespoon of soy sauce.
Fry well and set aside.
Place beans on top of mashed potatoes. Place the onion and tuna scrambled eggs on top of the beans.
