Salmon sashimi
1/4 red onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 small red chillies (chopped)
3 slices lime (seeds removed)
4 coriander (chopped)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Wasabi
2 teaspoons sugar
Steps
Start by mixing all the condiments and ingredients together (except for salmon)
Only when near serving or eating then add in salmon
When salmon is mixed with lemon juice for too long it creates a “cooked” texture on the salmon surface, making the appearance less appealing. Therefore, make sure you only add in your salmon to your sauce before serving.
