LA Galbi

Korean style short ribs that is sweet and super tender
Ingredients
Steps
- First, blend apple, pear, kiwi and onion with a little bit of water

- Also blend the garlic and ginger into purée and add into the mixture

- After that, add in soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil as well as chopped green onions

- Add some extra water if your mixture is too thick, otherwise skip this step

- In a container for marination, put a layer of sauce at the bottom, and lay down the ribs nicely

- Pour sauce over the ribs and put another layer of meat over it again

- Repeat the process and pour any remaining sauce to cover up the meat

- Marinate in fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours

- After the marination, put the ribs on a grilling pan before turning on the heat. Pour some sauce over the ribs

- Turn the heat up to medium high heat and sear your ribs to slightly browned and sauce thickened

- Lastly, cut the ribs into smaller pieces and serve!
