Pad Krapow Moo

A classic Thai stir fry dish, it is quick and easy yet hot and fragrant. Hot, fragrant, and ready in minutes, this Thai-style minced pork stir-fry builds big flavour from garlic and small red chillies, then coats the meat in a savoury mix of soy sauces, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and a touch of sugar—finished with Thai basil wilted in the pan’s heat.

Steps
- Chop by hand/grind garlic and red small chillies into smaller pieces

- Prepare the sauce by mixing everything in advance

- In a heated pan, add oil together with garlic and small red chillies. Stir fry for about 2 minutes

- Add in minced pork (meat) and continue to stir fry until browned

- Add in the sauce, quickly incorporate well with the meat

- Lastly, turn off the heat and add in Thai basils. Use the remaining heat from the pan to make basils softens. Once done, serve and enjoy!
