Pad Krapow Moo
A classic Thai stir fry dish, it is quick and easy yet hot and fragrant
Ingredients
160 g
minced pork (or substitute with any minced meat of preference)
3
cloves garlic
2
small red chillies
Thai basils
1.5 tablespoons
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons
fish sauce
2 teaspoons
sugar
1 teaspoon
oyster sauce
Steps
Chop by hand/grind garlic and red small chillies into smaller pieces
Prepare the sauce by mixing everything in advance
In a heated pan, add oil together with garlic and small red chillies. Stir fry for about 2 minutes
Add in minced pork (meat) and continue to stir fry until browned
Add in the sauce, quickly incorporate well with the meat
Lastly, turn off the heat and add in Thai basils. Use the remaining heat from the pan to make basils softens. Once done, serve and enjoy!
