- Start by mincing scallions and garlic

- To clean the shrimps, you need to remove the head, slice the back slightly open and remove the shrimp intestines. Marinate slightly with some salt and avocado oil

- Once you sliced the cucumbers, season them lightly with a little bit of salt. Place them on a serving plate nicely

- Mash the avocados with a fork together with salt and black pepper

- Top the cucumbers with mashed avocado as a base

- Pan fry scallions and garlic with avocado oil until aromatic, then add in shrimps and continue to stir fry until golden brown

- Place the shrimps on top of the cucumbers and sprinkle extra black pepper. Once done, serve and enjoy!
