Garlic Fried Crispy Grass Carp

Try this creative dish that’s easy and nutritious: tender grass carp lightly coated with egg white, white pepper, and cornstarch, then quickly finished in a sizzling garlic-and-chilli fry with soy sauce and oyster sauce, and topped with fresh chopped green onion for a fragrant lift.

- In a mixing bowl, add salt, white pepper, egg white and corn starch into washed crispy grass carp. Make sure everything is well incorporated

- In boiling water, gently add in the fish. Let cook for about 1 minute or until the fish curled and reserve

- In a heated pan with oil, start by frying minced garlic and chopped red chilli, then add in soy sauce and oyster sauce for another minute

- After that add in cooked fish and continue to stir fry. Finally, turn off the heat and add in chopped green onion

- Lastly, serve and enjoy!
