- Clean the shrimp (remove the shrimp heads, peel the shells and split the backs, then wash thoroughly and drain)

- then grind the shrimp until smooth (using a copper)

- then put it in a container and season it (1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tapioca flour)

- Then stir until the spices are evenly mixed and set aside.

- Scrape the skin of the hairy pumpkin using the back of a knife, then wash it.

- then cut it into several pieces

- then make a hole in the middle of the hairy pumpkin but don't let it go through

- then coat with tapioca flour

- then put the shrimp mixture into the hole in the pumpkin

- And add red berries on top

- Then prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils, then add the rice and cover, steam for 15 minutes.

- Prepare a frying pan, pour in a little oil, add chopped garlic.

- Then add the sauce seasoning (pepper powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, tapioca flour and water, then stir)

- Stir until the spices are evenly mixed and thickened, turn off the stove, then set aside.
