Loaded Nacho Fries


A generous stack of crisp, golden fries forms the base of this bold, ultra-satisfying dish. Melted cheese drapes over every piece, creating a rich, stretchy layer that pairs perfectly with the savoury depth of seasoned mince. Bright, juicy tomato cuts through the richness, adding a fresh, tangy lift. Each bite delivers a mix of crunch, creaminess, spice, and warmth — a comforting, flavour-packed snack that’s impossible to stop eating. - Fries
- Start by cutting the potatoes into strips after peeling the skin

- Wash and immerse in water for at least 3 times to remove starch

- Once drained, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and a bit of vinegar, as well as the potatoes

- Let cook for about 5-8 minutes

- Once done, remove and drain from the pot. Season with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix well

- Transfer to air fryer and let cook for 20 minutes at 200°C. Flip in between

- Mince sauce
- Meanwhile, prepare the mince sauce by frying onion and garlic until softens

- Then add in the minced beef, fry together until the beef is browned

- Add in diced tomatoes, as well as salt and pepper to taste

- Reserve in a bowl for later

- Cheese sauce
- Bring all ingredients to a clean pot and incorporate under low heat

- This should be the final product

- Finally, assemble the dish by layering the mince on the fries, and pour the cheese sauce over to finsih

- Serve and enjoy!
