Stir-fried sprouts with onion and red pepper

Colorful, nutritious and beautiful vegetables! Onions and red peppers taste very good together, and sprouts are quick-cooking and crispy vegetables. Although they have a slightly fishy taste, adding a little sugar makes them a delicious dish.
Ingredients
- 400 gram Sprouts
- 2 piece Red pepper, yellow pepper
- 1 Onions
- 8 piece Corn cobs
- 1 spoon Minced garlic
- 1 spoon Ginger Rice

- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 spoon Oyster sauce
Steps
- Wash and drain the sprouts.

- Cut onion into strips, mince garlic, and chop ginger into diced pieces.

- Cut red pepper into strips. Chop corn cobs into small pieces.

- Heat oil in a hot wok and sauté minced garlic and ginger.

- Add onion and sauté until fragrant.

- When onion changes color slightly, add red and yellow peppers and corn cobs and stir-fry.

- Stir-fry until onions and red and yellow peppers are soft, then add sprouts.

- Stir-fry the bean sprouts until slightly softened, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

- Stir the seasonings together and you’re done!
