Tzatziki is a salted yoghurt and cucumber Greek dip that is fresh and light. It goes well will all sort of food, from grilled meat, to pity bread or even toast!
Ingredients
200 g Greek yoghurt
50 g cucumber (shredded)
Dill (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Lemon zest & juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Steps
Shred/cut the cucumber to slices and squeeze out all its water until semi-dry as shown
In the bowl, add in the strained cucumber, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice & zest, salt and pepper
