Gongso Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 11 fruit (chicken wings)

- 1 grain (red onion (diced))

- 3 clove of garlic (chopped)

- 1 /4 green chilies (sliced into squares)

- 1 /4 red chilies (sliced into squares)

- 1 /2 teaspoon salt

- 30 ml for frying (oil)

- 1 teaspoon (oyster sauce)

- 2 teaspoon (salty soy sauce)

- 2 teaspoon (Sesame oil)

- 1 teaspoon (pepper powder)

- 1 teaspoon (black soy sauce)

Steps
- wash the chicken wings thoroughly

- then split the chicken wings into 2

- seasoning (salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil)

- then marinate and let stand for 30 minutes, so that the spices are absorbed

- prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until the oil is hot

- then put in the chicken wings, fry over low heat

- fry until golden brown

- then lift and set aside

- saute garlic

- then put in the chicken wings

- then add the sliced (shallots, green chilies and red chilies)

- then fry for 1 minute, then add black soy sauce, stir.

- then put it on a plate, and it's ready to be served
