- Wash the chicken clean then dry it

- cut the chicken into pieces

- then add the spices, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, turmeric and pepper powder

- then marinate, and let stand for 20 minutes

- prepare tapioca flour

- then coat the chicken with tapioca flour until evenly coated

- prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it's hot

- then add the chicken, and fry over low heat

- fry the chicken until golden brown

- then lift and set aside

- saute chopped spices (red chilies, green chilies, garlic and onions)

- then stir until fragrant

- then add all the spices (sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt), then add 50 ml of water

- Stir until the water reduces, then add the spring onions.

- And put in the chicken

- stir until evenly mixed

- then put it on a plate and it's ready to be served
