Black chicken porridge

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rice

- 5 medium sized dried scallop seeds

- 1 black chicken tail

- 2 sesame oil stbp

- 2 inch ginger

- 2 coriander leaves and 1 green onion without stem

- 1 /2 tbsp salt

- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 /2tbsp oyster sauce

Steps
- Soak dried scallops for 1 hour in cold water Uncooked

- Prepare the rice and wash it clean, I use round-grain Japanese rice, friends, so the porridge tastes better.

- Then add 1/2 tsp salt and soak the rice for 1 hour in cold water.

- Cut the black chicken into pieces according to your taste, friends.

- Clean the chicken droppings and wash thoroughly

- Chicken Tenders

- Finely chop the ginger and also chop the spring onions and coriander leaves.

- Then add finely sliced ginger, 1/2 tsp pepper powder and add 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp salt, then stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed and marinate the black chicken for 20 minutes.

- Marinated chicken

- Wash the container and put the rice in. I don't throw away the water I soaked the rice in, friends, so I keep it for cooking.

- Then add 1700 ml of water, because I used 300 ml of water to soak it, so I used 2000 ml of water to cook the porridge, guys.

- Cover the container and cook the rice for 15 minutes and turn off the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes.

- Then remove the porridge foam and cook again for 5 minutes

- Heat the pan

- Add 1 tbsp sesame oil

- Add black chicken and stir fry for 7-8 minutes.

- This is the result of the porridge being cooked again

- Add the black chicken to the porridge and cook for another 3 minutes

- Add coriander leaves and spring onions and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder. I didn't add salt because I think the taste is enough, friends.

- Porridge is ready to be served in portions for 5 people.
