Stuffed lady's fingers with chicken

- Wash and clean the chicken then wipe dry.

- Cut the chicken into pieces

- Finely chop

- After chopping, put it in a container and add all the spices, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and 1/8 baking powder so that the meat becomes chewy.

- Stir until the mixture is smooth and the meat doesn't stick to your hands

- Cover and rest for 20 -30 minutes

- Wash and clean the lady's fingers

- Cut off the tops of the lady's fingers

- Slice one into strips and remove the seeds

- After removing the seeds

- Continue filling the chicken meat into the lady's fingers slowly until it is filled and compact.

- After filling is complete

- Wash and peel the shallots

- Finely slice the shallots

- Wash and chop the spring onions

- Heat the pan

- Add oil for frying, oil according to taste, here I use 5 tbsp oil

- After the oil is hot, add the ingredients one by one.

- Let it sit for a few minutes

- I cover it, friends, so that the inside of the meat cooks quickly because I use a little oil while occasionally turning it over until it is cooked (3-4 minutes). Repeat the same thing if it is not all fried yet.

- After it is cooked

- We continue to mix the sauce ingredients, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp clean water, 1/4 corn flour, stir.

- Put the chopped onions into the pan which is still hot and has some oil left after frying the lady's fingers. Stir-fry until fragrant and golden brown.

- Add the sauce mixture and stir.

- After thickening, turn off the heat.

- Add the chopped spring onions on top of the stuffed lady's fingers and then

- Pour the sauce over it, stuffed lady's fingers with chicken are ready to be served.
