- Cook the sago pearls until they are clear and cooked, set aside.

- Peel and clean the purple sweet potatoes, set aside. Take 400 grams of purple sweet potatoes, divide into 2 parts, each 200 grams, and cut one part into thin slices. After steaming, mash with a fork, set aside.

- The remaining 200g of purple sweet potato, cut into small squares

- Boil 500 ml of water, add 200 grams of purple sweet potato that has been cut into small cubes, cook until soft, add the mashed sweet potato, stir until smooth, add coconut milk, sugar and salt, stir until smooth.

- Add the sago pearls, stir until well combined, cook until boiling, stir so the coconut milk doesn't curdle.

- Serve warm or cold.
