Steps
- To start with, soak vermicelli, dried shrimps and scallops for about 15 minutes. Cut dried shrimps and scallops into smaller pieces once done

- Peel off the courgette skin and cut into long chunks

- Prepare ginger, garlic and green onions like this

- Blanch the beef slightly in boiling water until they turn brown. Remove from pot once browned

- In a heated pan with oil, sear dried shrimps and scallops

- Add in ginger, garlic and green onions, keep on stir frying

- After that, add in satay sauce and fry until aromatic

- Add in courgette, and add in boiling water until courgette is immersed

- Close the lid and cook for 6 minutes in medium heat

- After that, add in soaked vermicelli and beef slices. Mix well and turn the heat off

- Once done, serve and enjoy!
