Vermicelli curry laksa

A warm and inviting bowl of curry laksa: coconut milk and rich curry spices coat the delicate rice noodles, making each strand delicately flavorful. Fried tofu, fish cakes, and fresh shrimp provide a dimension of texture and flavor, while bean sprouts and long beans add a crunchy youthfulness. - Wash the vermicelli and soak for 20 -30 minutes in cold water or you can use warm water

- Wash and soak the long beans and tomatoes.

- Cut the tomatoes and fried tofu according to taste.

- Cut the long beans

- Cut the fish cake

- Wash and remove the heads of the shrimp.

- Peel the shallots then slice them thinly to make fried onions.

- Wash the bean sprouts

- Heat the pan, add oil and add the chopped onions.

- Fry the onions until fragrant and brown and it will look like this.

- Add the long beans with the remaining cooking oil and sauté the onions briefly and

- Add 3 tbsp curry laksa cause stir-fry until fragrant then

- Add 350 ml of water and

- Cover and cook until boiling for a few minutes, then reduce the heat.
