soy sauce

dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon
rice wine
1 tablespoon
oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
honey
1 teaspoon
sugar

Steps
To start with, peel off the aubergine skin and cut into chunks
Let steam for 15 minutes so that they are softened
Prepare the sauce in a bowl by adding all condiments with about 30 mL of water
In a heated pan with light oil, fry the aubergines on both sides until slightly browned
Pour in the sauce, turn the heat down to medium to let the sauce thickens up
Once done, serve over rice and enjoy!
