- Wash the fish then cut into squares, then marinate with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp cooking oil, and 1 tbsp tapioca flour, let stand for 15 minutes.

- Chop the garlic

- Fry the fish fillets until they are golden brown, don't forget to turn them over.

- The fish is cooked to a yellowish color, then remove and set aside.

- Wash 2 tomatoes, then cut them in half, then boil them for about 2 minutes, remove them, then peel the tomatoes and discard the skin.

- Cut the tomatoes into pieces

- Prepare a frying pan and saute the spices until fragrant.

- Add the tomatoes, then add 1/2 cup of water, add all the spices, stir and close.

- Add the fish fillet, stir well.

- Finally, add tapioca flour and stir.
