Fried rice with okra / lady finger

Okra is a green vegetable that not everyone likes, but it has extraordinary health benefits. Because okra, or ladyfingers, is a vegetable that contains a lot of vitamin C, antioxidants, and various other minerals.
Ingredients
Steps
- Wash the chicken fillets

- Dry it then

- Cut into pieces according to taste

- Add all the marinade spices 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder 1/2 tsp chicken powder 1/2 tbsp sweet potato flour

- Stir until everything is mixed well

- After everything is mixed

- Cover and rest, I only rested for 20 minutes

- After soaking, we wash the okra.

- Cut the tops and heads of the okra.

- Then cut it into pieces like this

- Wash and chop the spring onions

- Heat the pan

- Add 1 tbsp oil

- After the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces.

- Fry for 2-3 minutes

- Then lift and put it on a plate

- Add 3 tbsp oil, once hot, add the ladyfingers and sauté until wilted.

- Add 2 eggs then

- Stir-fry for a few moments

- Add the rice

- Fry for 4-5 minutes

- Add 1 tbsp liquid seasoning sauce, continue stirring for one minute then

- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and turn off the heat

- The lady finger fried rice is ready to be served with tomatoes and chili as a sweetener.
