- Add oysters to sweet potato starch, water, chicken powder and pepper and mix well.

- Put a little oil in the pan, put the stirred oysters into the pan and spread them flat (it is best to use a non-stick pan)

- Add the beaten egg

- Fry the egg side until golden brown

- The fried oyster pancake is served and decorated with coriander. It is ready to eat.
