Ingredients
- 450 gr catfish

- 6 large green chili stalks

- 2 tablespoon oil

- 40 gr spring onions

- 1 /2 teaspoons pepper powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 3 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps
- wash the fish thoroughly then drain

- then scrape the fish meat using a serrated knife

- then remove the fish bones using your fingers, until the bones come off

- After removing the fish bones, cut them into thin slices to be minced.

- then chop the fish

- until smooth and soft

- then put it in a container and season it (salt, pepper powder and cornstarch)

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- Then slam the fish mixture several times and set aside.

- then add the spring onions

- And knead until the spring onions are well mixed, and set aside

- Then wash the chilies clean and dry them.

- then divide into 2 parts

- then remove the chili seeds

- then sprinkle cornstarch on top of the chilies

- then add the minced fish mixture (use a small spoon)

- then prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until the oil is hot, then add the chilies, fry over low heat.

- After it turns yellowish, turn it over and fry again.

- And then back again, fry until the chilies are wilted and cooked.

- after turning it over, turn it over until it turns golden brown and is cooked.

- then put it on a plate and it's ready to be served
