Roasted Cauliflower With Yoghurt Sauce

Roasted cauliflower and mushroom in oven with garlic parmesan together with a creamy yogurt sauce. Makes eating vegetables much easier!
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower

- 5 mushrooms

- 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 70 g Greek yoghurt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 g paprika

- 1 g mixed herbs

- 1 chilli powder

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 2 teaspoons honey

- Salt

- Black pepper

Steps
- Before start, preheat the oven to 200°C

- In a bowl, cut and prepare vegetables into bite size. Mix in salt, pepper, paprika, mixed herbs, half the minced garlic, grated cheese and olive oil

- Mix well and transfer onto a baking tray

- Bake at 210°C for 15-20 minutes

- Prepare yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yoghurt, chilli powder, remaining minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper

- Lastly, serve by drizzling more honey and enjoy!
