Steamed pumpkin with chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pumpkin

- 300 gr boneless chicken thigh meat

- 3 gr dried wood ear mushroom

- 2 red dates

- 1 ginger finger joint

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon black soy sauce

- 1 /2 teaspoons pepper powder

- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon salty soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Steps
- Wash the dried wood ear mushrooms thoroughly, then soak them in cold water for 20 minutes.

- After 20 minutes, throw away the water and drain, then set aside.

- Wash the red dates thoroughly, then crush them until flat (to make it easier to remove the date seeds)

- then remove the date seeds, and cut them into 10 pieces, then set aside.

- Thinly slice the ginger lengthwise, then set aside.

- Soak the chicken in salt water for 15 minutes.

- After 15 minutes, wash thoroughly and drain.

- Cut the chicken into 2 pieces

- Then cut the chicken into 1 cm thick pieces or according to taste.

- then put it in a container and season it (1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp sesame oil)

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- then add the sliced ginger

- Then add the mushrooms and red dates, then stir until everything is mixed well, then set aside.

- Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, then peel the skin.

- then divide into 2 parts

- then cut into 12 pieces

- then cut again into 24 pieces

- then put it on a plate and arrange it

- then put in the seasoned chicken, on top of it the pumpkin

- prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils

- then add the pumpkin and chicken that have been arranged on the plate earlier

- then cover and steam for 20 minutes

- After 20 minutes, open the lid and turn off the stove.

- then add the sliced spring onions, remove and ready to serve.
