Avocado Prosciutto On Sourdough
This is a creative brunch idea unlike any other typical brunch food!
Ingredients
2
slices sourdough
Prosciutto
Half an avocado
Cream cheese
Brie cheese
1 tablespoon
Greek yoghurt
Honey/Jam of option
Salt
Black pepper
Steps
Heat up the sourdough at 240°C for 5 minutes. Flip sides in between
In a bowl, mix in avocado, salt, black pepper and Greek yoghurt
Generously spread some cream cheese onto your toasted sourdough
Place brie cheese on the cream cheese layer and let grill in oven at 240°C for 2 minutes
Once done, apply the avocado mixture together with honey/jam (strawberry jam used here)
Lastly, place the prosciutto on the toast and enjoy!
