Crispy salmon on the outside with sweet and savoury miso glaze, and the inside is moist and soft, making this a delicate side dish
Ingredients
100 g salmon
1 tablespoon miso
1/2 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon honey
Steps
Prepare the miso glaze by mixing miso, mirin, cooking wine and honey to a thick consistency
Rub and marinate to salmon thoroughly
Let marinate in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours
Preheat oven to 200°C for 5 minutes
Lay salmon on baking sheet and wipe off excess miso glaze. Bake in oven at 200°C for 10 minutes (if your salmon is cut in a larger size, bake for 12-15 minutes)
