Vegetable Soup

- Wash and cut ingredients
- Chop tomatoes into large pieces.

- Peel and chop celery.

- Dice the potatoes and soak them in water.

- Dice onion and chop garlic into large pieces.

- Dice the carrots, red pepper and yellow pepper.

- Cooking Soup
- Add oil to a soup pot and sauté the minced beef.

- After the beef has changed color on both sides, add the garlic and onion.

- The aroma of onion and garlic wafts out, then add red and yellow peppers and carrots.

- Then add the celery.

- Stir-fry all the ingredients. When they are hot and coloured, add 2 litres of hot water. Simmer for 15 minutes.

- After fifteen minutes, add tomatoes and potatoes. Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

- After cooking, add 2 teaspoons of salt.

- Finish.
