Pan-fried small river fish

This is how to pan-fry small river fish. My family says they could eat it eight times a week and not get tired of it. It's spicy and flavorful, so delicious that they even eat the bones...
Ingredients
Steps
- Clean the small fish caught from the river, marinate them with a suitable amount of cooking wine, ginger and scallions for a few minutes.

- Cut green and red peppers into small pieces, coarsely chop ginger and garlic, and cut chives into long sections. Set aside.

- Heat oil in a pan, sprinkle with salt, add ginger slices, then add small river fish and shake the pan to ensure even heating.

- Fry until set, then flip and fry until golden brown on the other side.

- In a separate pot, sauté ginger, garlic, and chili peppers until fragrant. Add the small river fish, a teaspoon of cooking wine, some green bell pepper, a teaspoon of light soy sauce, and half a teaspoon of salt. Stir-fry until well combined and flavorful.

- Stir-fry some chopped chives until fragrant and serve.

- Serve on a plate and enjoy!
