- First, wash the sticky rice and soak it for 2 hours (I had previously soaked it for 2 hours), then wash it again and drain it.

- Steam the sticky rice for 15 minutes

- Cook 265 grams of coconut milk, (3 bay leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 500 ml of water). Stir until boiling, turn off the stove, set aside.

- While it is still hot, add the steamed sticky rice to the boiled coconut milk, stir well. Leave it (±15 minutes) until the coconut milk is absorbed into the sticky rice.

- Steam again until cooked, approximately 20 minutes.

- How to cook chicken filling;
- Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cooked, remove and cool.

- Then shred it, set aside

- finely ground shredded chicken spices (10 shallots, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ground coriander, 3 candlenuts, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper)

- After the sticky rice is cooked
Prepare a baking sheet, then put in the sticky rice, flatten it while pressing it, then put shredded chicken on top, flatten it.

- And finally cover it again with sticky rice. Spread it out evenly. After it has cooled down a bit.

- Remove the sticky rice from the pan.

- Then cut into squares according to taste

- And wrap it with banana leaves, then roll it like this. Wrap it until the dough runs out.
