- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Steam them for 10 minutes after the water boils.

- Cut the onion and bacon into small cubes. If you can't find bacon, you can use sausage instead, which is even more fragrant and delicious.

- Mash the steamed potato slices with a fork.

- Spray a little oil in a pan, add diced onions and sausage, sauté over medium heat until fragrant, sprinkle with pepper and a pinch of salt, stir well to season.

- Pour the cooked mixture over mashed potatoes, add a little salt, and mix well while wearing gloves.

- Then divide it into several equal portions. I made 6, each about 60 grams. Flatten each portion and wrap it with half a slice of cheese.

- Shape into potato shapes and roll in egg wash.

- Coat with breadcrumbs and place in an air fryer at about 180 degrees Celsius.

- Once baked, remove from the oven and squeeze on some salad dressing or ketchup.
