- First, I bought the minced carp meat and seasoned it.

- Stir sweet potato starch with a little water until melted, then filter.

- Pour all the seasonings together and stir clockwise until thickened. Then add half a tablespoon of cooking oil and continue stirring clockwise until thickened. Set aside.

- Flatten the mixed fish into this shape.

- Heat oil and fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.

- Let it cool first, then cut it into diamond shapes.

- Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger slices and onion, stir-fry briefly, then add yellow and red bell peppers, chives, a little salt, and a little oyster sauce, stir-fry briefly again. Add fish fillets and stir-fry for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
