Super crispy snow peas and sausage stir-fry

With the Lunar New Year approaching, my older sister gave me some homemade sausages. The pork is from her own farm, pure meat with a 3:7 fat-to-lean ratio, and has a salty and savory taste. After washing them, they are simply steamed or steamed with rice, which is super delicious. Of course, you can also stir-fry them with snow peas like in this recipe, which is very crisp and delicious!

- Freshly smoked sausages are just the right amount of salt and don't need soaking. Simply rinse them a few times with warm water, then boil them in water for 30 minutes.

- Slice garlic into thick slices, and cut red chili peppers into pieces about the same size as snow peas. Set aside.

- Slice the cooked sausage thinly and set aside.

- Trim the strings from both ends of the snow peas. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt and a few drops of oil, then blanch the snow peas for one minute. Remove and set aside.

- Heat oil in a wok, add sliced garlic and red chili peppers and sauté until fragrant, then add the chopped sausage.

- Sauté over medium heat until the sausage becomes translucent. Add the blanched snow peas, turn up the heat and stir-fry quickly for one minute. Season with a little salt, stir-fry evenly again, then turn off the heat and serve.

- Serve on a plate. The sausage is savory and delicious. The snow peas are crisp and refreshing. Quickly serve yourself a bowl of rice and enjoy!
