- Start by chopping up the chicken thigh into chunks, marinate with salt and white pepper

- In a heated pan, start by frying green onion stalk, ginger and garlic in sesame oil

- Add in marinated chicken and continue to stir fry until browned

- Add in soy sauce, rice wine, and rock sugar. Turn down the heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes

- Finally, turn the heat off and add in basil. Continue to stir fry until the basil is softened

- Lastly, serve with rice and enjoy.
