Steamed pork ribs with tofu

Tofu steamed pork ribs is a dish with a relatively balanced nutritional combination. Its benefits are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Ingredients
- 400 g spareribs.

- Two flower mushrooms are enough. Soak the flower mushrooms in warm water for an hour.

Steps

- Mix chopped mushrooms, spareribs, oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/3 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well. Set aside

- Cut the tofu. Heat the pan and add oil. Fry the tofu until both sides are slightly golden.

- Put the tofu on a plate and place the marinated spareribs on top of the tofu.
Cover the spareribs on the plate with plastic wrap to prevent steam from staying in the food. It will affect the taste of the food. Use scissors to cut a few small holes in the plastic wrap.

- Bring the water to a boil. Steam the celery in a medium heat for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat.

- Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
