Delicate and smooth yam millet juice (paste)


Chinese yam is rich in mucin and amylase, which can protect the gastric mucosa and promote the secretion of digestive juices; millet is mild in nature and sweet in taste, contains dietary fiber and B vitamins, which can relieve problems such as excessive gastric acid and bloating. Steps
- Soak millet and peanuts in clean water for about 1 hour.

- If you use rock sugar, you can skip this step. If you use red dates, remove the pits and chop them for later use. For ease of use, I used pitted and peeled red dates.

- Peel the yam and cut it into peanut-sized pieces (remember to wear gloves when working, as the yam juice will make your hands itchy).

- Put all the ingredients except milk into the soymilk maker, add about 1300ml of water, select the soymilk function, and wait for the delicious taste. If you use a pot to cook, boil it and then cook for 5 minutes, but keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom.

- Add milk and stir, then you can enjoy it. Pair it with your favorite breakfast staple food, isn't it nutritious, delicious and simple?
