Korean Beef Bowl
This is an easy and quick recipe with minced beef on sweet and flavourful sauce!
Ingredients
150 g
minced beef
2
clove minced garlic and 1 slice ginger (minced)
1/4
Onion (minced)
1/4
Carrot (minced)
2 tablespoon
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
sesame oil
1 tablespoon
brown sugar
1 teaspoon
sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon
vinegar
1 teaspoon
corn starch
Steps
Fry the minced carrot and onion with sesame oil until softened
Add in minced beef until brown
Add in minced garlic and ginger
Mix in all the sauces with corn starch and 15mL water
Pour the sauce into frying pan and let simmer in medium low heat for 5 minutes
Lastly, serve on rice and eggs (optional) and enjoy!
